For an approved exchange:
The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be brand new, unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be included and intact.
Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, washing, damage, or removed tags will not be accepted.
Approved exchanges are subject to an $8 fee, which covers the restocking fee and new shipping label.
All exchanges require prior authorization. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
