Return & Exchange Policy
At ROSSE Shapewear, the health and safety of our customers is our top priority. Because our garments are intimate apparel, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for refunds due to hygiene and sanitary reasons.
Unfortunately, once a garment leaves our facility, we cannot verify how it was tried on or handled. We are unable to determine whether it was tried on over clothing, directly on the body, after showering, or otherwise. For the protection of all of our customers, we cannot restock or resell garments that have been in a customer's possession.
Exchange Exception
We may approve a one-time size exchange if all of the following conditions are met:
The requested size is available in stock.
The garment is returned in brand-new condition.
All original tags are still attached.
The garment shows no signs of wear, stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, damage, or any other indication of use beyond trying it on for sizing.
The garment passes our inspection upon arrival.
Photo Requirements
Before an exchange request can be reviewed, the customer must provide clear, high-quality photos of the garment. Blurry, dark, damaged-camera, or low-quality photos will not be accepted.
Photos must be taken on a clean, flat surface and include:
Front of the garment
Back of the garment
Garment fully open, showing the inside material
Garment fully closed, showing the front
A close-up of the hooks and/or zipper area
A clear photo showing the tags are still attached
These photos allow our team to determine whether the garment appears to be in brand-new condition before authorizing an exchange.
Please note: Photo approval does not guarantee an exchange. Once the garment is received, it will undergo a final inspection. If the garment is found to have been worn, washed, stained, altered, damaged, or has any odor or other signs of use, the exchange request will be denied, and the item will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Shipping Costs
If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for:
The cost of shipping the garment back to us.
The shipping cost for the replacement garment.
